Driving Directions:

To Head Over Heels Gymnastics (location of Alabama Judges Cup meet)

From Hwy 280 turn onto Valleydale Road (right if traveling South on Hwy 280: left if traveling North on 280).  Travel approximately 3 miles, turn left onto Caldwell Mill Road.  As you start up the hill on Caldwell Mill, look to your right for the turn onto Caldwell Trace.  Turn right onto Caldwell Trace and you will see the gym building on your left.

From I-65 take the Valleydale Road exit which is exit #247.  Travel approximately 4 miles east on Valleydale Road.  Turn right onto Caldwell Mill Road.  As you start up the hill on Caldwell Mill, look to your right for the turn onto Caldwell Trace.  Turn right onto Caldwell Trace and you will see the gym building on your left.

To Spain Park High School (location of Reach for the Starz meet)

From Hwy 280 turn onto Valleydale Road (right if traveling South on Hwy 280; left if traveling North on Hwy 280).  Travel approximately 3 miles; turn right onto Jaguar Drive.  Go to stop sign and turn right.  Go around the school to the back to the gymnasium.

From I-65 take the Valleydale Road exit which is exit #247.  Travel approximately 4.5 miles; turn left onto Jaguar Drive.  Go to stop sign and turn right.  Go around the school to the back to the gymnasium.
